CILCUS English Center was established in January 2001 to provide a fun environment in which Hong Kong students can develop fluency in English. Our Director, Mr Peter T(graduate of London University) has over 30 years of teaching experience, mostly in international schools.  He has extensive experience of delivering the best English tuition to students in Hong Kong.  All the curriculum materials are designed by our curriculum team and monitored by our director to ensure quality, relevance and accessibility.

We employ the best native English speaking teachers from Britain, Australia, South Africa and North America.  The teacher to student ratio is never more than 1 to 8 and is usually less than 1 to 6.  This low teaching ratio allows for the provision of an individual learning plan for each student.  This flexibility and close attention establishes the center as the premier provider of English learning in the territory.

Every student has supervised learning time on computers to encourage creativity and productivity.  The latest web-based software is used to access the best material in all the subjects we teach, presenting it in interactive ways that motivate the students to learn!

The location of our Sha Tin center is convenient yet quiet and gives students an excellent learning environment.  The large and comfortable classrooms facilitate the 'open space' drama activities and games organized by our teachers and the work areas are designed flexibly to cater for the different learning approaches we employ.
